Hand built ceramic dish.

IRH.Studio huddled together with us at 81a Store to make these wonderful, multi-use, wabi sabi style dishes, each unique in their own way. Ideal for placing incense cones, butter, salt, bars of soap, a spoon rest, jewellery, food and heaps of other uses.

Hand built using reclaimed dark buff stoneware clay, using pinching and slabbing techniques which make virtually no waste. Imogen, at IRH.Studio recycles any left over clay back into her next batch.
Dishes feature a Satin Cream & Brown Tenmoku Glaze (which means “many shades of black” in Japanese). Brush stroke design across the dish falling naturally as they are applied. Satin / Matte finish. Raw Clay Exterior.
Glazing technique used; Pouring and brushing.
As they are hand-built individually, no two are the same making the one you purchase even more special.

– Dishes are food safe.
– Hand wash only with care, do not soak, wipe dry.
– Hand stamped Found X Imogen on the base.
