Delivery & Returns


All items are sent via Royal Mail using the classification chosen during checkout. 

We use recyclable, plastic free materials and take extensive care to ensure ALL orders are packed safely and securely. 

The majority of our products are 1 off items and are stocked accordingly. However, in the unlikely case that the item purchased is no longer available, we will contact you via email to arrange a refund or exchange. 


We offer a 14 day refund period from the date of delivery, providing that the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition. Please email with your order number and reason for returning in advance of sending. 

When returning, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please make sure that the item is packaged as secure and safely as possible – if the item returns to us damaged in any way we will not be able to issue a refund. When posting your item(s) please retain a proof of postage receipt until you have received conformation from us that we have obtained your returned goods. We do not cover the cost of return postage. 

As mentioned above, we take extensive care to ensure that all items are packaged safely before sending. If, however, any product is delivered damaged, please take a photograph and send to with your order number within 2 days of receiving the delivery.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the order.
