Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 days. All items are sent via Royal Mail using the classification chosen during checkout. Once your parcel has left us, we cannot handle or prevent any transit delays. Please ensure the correct address is input at checkout, we cannot change the shipping address once checkout is complete.

Your parcel is available to track via the Royal Mail website 24-48 hours after dispatch. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

We use recyclable, plastic free materials and take extensive care to ensure all orders are packed safely and securely. 


*During Festive Holidays and National Sale events (Black Friday etc), packages may take longer to arrive with you due to courier delays.


Product Availability: Item Out of Stock

The majority of our products are small batch and one-off items which are stocked accordingly. However, in the unlikely case that the item purchased is no longer available, we will contact you via email to arrange a refund or exchange within 48hrs of your placed order.
Please check junk/spam folders.

Returns

We offer a 14 day refund period from the date of delivery, providing that the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
Contact us via email:  hello@81astore.co.uk with your order number and reason for returning  in advance of sending. Do not return the parcel until you have registered your return and have received a response from us to confirm your return. Please remember to be kind during our interaction. 

When returning, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please make sure that the item is packaged as secure and safely as possible and in its original packaging. We advise to make sure the item is securely wrapped and does not shake around in the box – you can give it a shake test once taped up. If you hear it moving around, it may get damaged in transit.
 If the item returns to us damaged in any way we will not be able to issue a refund.

When posting your item(s) please retain a proof of postage receipt until you have received conformation from us that we have obtained your returned goods. We do not cover the cost of return postage. 

As mentioned above, we take extensive care to ensure that all items are packaged safely before sending. If, however, any product is delivered damaged in transit, please take a photograph and send to hello@81astore.co.uk with your order number within 48hrs of receiving the delivery.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your order back with us. Excluding national holidays.


Your Right to Cancel

If you wish to cancel prior to your order being shipped, please email us before 11:00 AM as we ship all orders out next day at 11:30 AM. If you email us after the cut off period you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, known as the ‘cooling off period’. All goods must return back to us in the condition it arrived. Unused and undamaged in it’s original packaging. Please see above on how to return your order to us. 

Packaging

Our packaging is reusable & plastic free wherever possible.

We have made our best efforts to make your shopping experience with us less impactful on the planet. All orders are carefully selected and hand-wrapped by us. It is not uncommon for us to reuse plastic free packaging we have received our goods in from our makers.

Our packing peanuts dissolve in water, please don’t bin them! We best advise to pop them in a bucket and fill with warm water until fully dissolved. Discard down an outside drain.

We hope that you will re-use our packaging for gardening, storage, posting parcels and or recycling responsibly.
